Setup

1. Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the headset's charging port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The LED power display will indicate charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5-2 hours.

The LED display shows battery level in four segments, each representing 25% of the battery. Double-click the Volume+ button to check the current battery level.

2. Wearing the Headset

Select the appropriate eartip size for a comfortable and secure fit. Position the earhook over your ear and gently insert the earpiece into your ear canal. Adjust the earhook for optimal comfort and stability.

3. Pairing with Your Device

1. Power On: Press and hold the Call Button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
2. Activate Bluetooth: On your mobile phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
3. Search for Devices: Your device will scan for available Bluetooth devices. Select "DY20PLUS" from the list.
4. Connect: Once connected, the LED indicator on the headset will flash blue slowly. You will hear a confirmation tone.

Note: The headset can be connected to two devices simultaneously. After connecting to the first device, disable Bluetooth on the first device, then pair with the second device. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device, and the headset should automatically connect to both.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Call Button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Call Button for approximately 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and then turns off.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Press the Call Button once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Call Button for 2 seconds.
• Mute/Unmute Microphone: During a call, press the Mute button (if available, or refer to specific button on your model, usually a dedicated button or a long press on volume down) once to mute your microphone. Press again to unmute. This allows you to control whether the receiver can hear your voice.
• Redial Last Number: Double-press the Call Button.

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the Call Button once.
• Next Track: Press and hold the Volume+ button.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume- button.

Volume Control

• Increase Volume: Press the Volume+ button.
• Decrease Volume: Press the Volume- button.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
