Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your X1 Pro flashlight.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the flashlight body. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Clean the lens with a lens cleaning cloth.
- O-ring Lubrication: Periodically inspect the O-rings for wear and tear. Apply a thin layer of silicone grease to the O-rings to maintain their waterproof seal. Replace O-rings if they appear damaged or brittle.
- Battery Care: Remove the battery if the flashlight will not be used for an extended period to prevent battery drain or leakage. Store batteries in a cool, dry place.
- Thread Cleaning: Keep the threads of the tail cap and head clean. Dirt or debris can interfere with electrical contact and sealing.
