4. Key Features
- Accurate Temperature Data: Equipped with an advanced internal sensor, providing a measuring range of -30°C to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F). Accuracy is ±0.5℃ (-20℃ to +40℃) and ±1℃ for other ranges. Note: The device currently supports Celsius degrees only.
- Auto-Generated Reports: Directly produces PDF and CSV reports upon USB connection, requiring no software or driver installation.
- LED Alarm Indicator: Features an LED alarm function that alerts users if the temperature exceeds pre-set thresholds, crucial for maintaining temperature stability.
- Delayed Start Design: Includes a 30-minute time delay before logging begins. This prevents false alarms when the temperature is briefly outside the acceptable range during initial placement, protects the device, and conserves energy.
- High Capacity: Capable of storing up to 28,800 data points, suitable for long-term monitoring up to 200 days.
- IP68 Waterproof Grade: Designed to be highly resistant to water and dust, ensuring reliability in various environments.

7. Troubleshooting
- Logger Not Starting: Ensure you press and hold the 'PRESS START STOP' button for more than 5 seconds until the blue LED flashes. If it still doesn't start, the device might be faulty or its battery depleted.
- Logger Not Stopping Manually: While the manual stop button is designed to work, some units may require connection to a computer to finalize the stop process and generate reports. If the red LED does not flash after holding the button, connect the logger to a computer to ensure data is saved and the logging process is terminated.
- No Report Generated After USB Connection:
- Ensure the logger was properly stopped (red LED flashed).
- Try connecting to a different USB port or another computer.
- Check if the computer recognizes the device as a removable drive. If not, the USB connection might be faulty.
- Inaccurate Readings: Ensure the logger is placed in an environment where air circulation is adequate and not directly exposed to extreme localized heat or cold sources that do not represent the overall environment.
8. Maintenance
The Frigga U1 is a disposable device and requires minimal maintenance. Keep the USB connector clean and dry before use. Store unused loggers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
