Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance and retain them for future reference. Incorrect operation may cause damage to the appliance or injury to the user.

• Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
• Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. Clean with a damp cloth only.
• Keep hands, hair, clothing, and other utensils away from moving blades during operation to prevent injury.
• Blades are sharp. Handle with care when cleaning.

Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all detachable parts in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.

1. Attaching the Blending Shaft: Align the blending shaft with the motor unit and twist until it locks into place. To detach, twist in the opposite direction and pull apart.
2. Attaching the Whisk/Dough Hooks: Insert the whisk or dough hook attachment into the motor unit until it clicks. Ensure both dough hooks are inserted correctly if using them.
3. Attaching the Food Processor: Place the chopping blade onto the central pin inside the 860 ml food processor bowl. Secure the lid onto the bowl, then attach the motor unit to the lid, twisting to lock.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

1. Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet.
2. Place ingredients into a suitable container (e.g., the provided measuring cup or food processor bowl).
3. Select the desired speed using the 8-level speed control dial on the top of the motor unit.
4. Press and hold the power button to start blending. For an extra burst of power, press the Turbo button.
5. Release the button to stop operation.

Using the Blending Shaft

Ideal for soups, sauces, smoothies, and purees.

• Insert the blending shaft into the ingredients before starting the motor.
• Move the blender up and down gently to ensure even blending.
• The splash guard collar helps prevent spills.

Using the Whisk Attachment

Suitable for whipping cream, beating eggs, and mixing light batters.

• Attach the whisk to the motor unit.
• Use in the 600 ml measuring cup or another suitable bowl.
• Start at a lower speed and gradually increase as needed.

Using the Dough Hooks

For kneading light doughs and mixing heavier batters.

• Attach both dough hooks to the motor unit.
• Use in a sturdy bowl.
• Start at a low speed to combine ingredients, then increase for kneading.

Using the Food Processor Attachment

For chopping vegetables, nuts, herbs, and making dips.

• Ensure the chopping blade is correctly placed in the 860 ml bowl.
• Do not overfill the bowl.
• Use short pulses for coarse chopping, or blend continuously for finer results.

Maintenance and Cleaning
