2. Setup and Assembly

Unfolding the Treadmill:

3. To raise the handrail for running mode, lift the handrail until it clicks into place. Secure it by locking the quick-release wrench on both sides.
4. Install the iPad holder onto the designated slot on the handrail.
5. Ensure the safety key is properly placed in its slot on the console before operation. Attach the clip end of the safety key to your clothing.

Adjusting the Incline:

The treadmill features a manual incline adjustment. To change the incline:
