Upon unboxing, you will find the ergonomic wireless keyboard, the wireless mouse, a USB receiver, and charging cables. The USB receiver for both the keyboard and mouse is stored in the slot beneath the keyboard, inside the inner tray. Please check this area before use, as it may occasionally shift during transport.

1.2 Connectivity
The keyboard and mouse connect wirelessly using 2.4G wireless technology. Simply plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer. No additional drivers are typically required.
1.3 Dual System Layout
This combo supports both Windows and Mac operating systems. To switch between layouts, use the following key combinations:
- For Windows layout: Press FN + A
- For Mac layout: Press FN + S

1.4 Charging
The keyboard and mouse are rechargeable via USB-C. The keyboard can last up to 5 days with backlighting on, or up to 2 months with backlighting off. The mouse lasts up to 6 days on a full charge. Both devices feature an auto-sleep mode and independent ON/OFF switches to conserve battery life.

2.2 Backlight Control
The keyboard features 7 switchable backlights to illuminate your workspace. The RGB mouse automatically changes colors. You can adjust the brightness or turn off the lights at any time to save power.

3. Maintenance

To clean your keyboard and mouse, gently wipe the surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish and materials. The keyboard's spill-resistant design helps protect against accidental liquid exposure, but it is not fully waterproof.

4.1 Mouse Movement Issues
If the mouse moves slowly or erratically:
- Ensure you are using it on a non-glossy surface.
- Press the DPI button on the mouse to adjust its sensitivity.
- Keep the USB receiver close to the mouse to maintain a strong connection.

If keyboard keys are sticking or not registering, or if you experience connectivity interruptions:
- Check the battery level of the keyboard and recharge if necessary.
- Ensure the USB receiver is securely connected to your computer and is within optimal range of the keyboard.
