5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation and Charging

1. Ensure the machine is turned off.
2. Align the battery pack with the battery slot at the base of the machine.
3. Slide the battery into place until it clicks securely.
4. To charge, remove the battery from the machine. Connect the charger to a power outlet and then to the battery pack. The indicator light on the charger will show charging status.
5. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger.

5.2 Threading the Machine

1. Place a spool of thread onto the thread stand.
