5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Monster S200 speaker. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the speaker's USB-C charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will show the charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge typically takes approximately 3-4 hours.

5.2 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Power On: Press and hold the Power button on the speaker until you hear an audible prompt and the indicator light flashes, indicating it's ready for pairing.
2. Activate Bluetooth: Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
3. Select Device: In your device's Bluetooth settings, search for "Monster S200" in the list of available devices and select it to connect.
4. Confirmation: Once successfully paired, you will hear a confirmation sound from the speaker, and the indicator light will remain solid.

The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if it's within range.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Playback

• Play/Pause: Short press the Power button.
• Volume Up: Short press the '+' button.
• Volume Down: Short press the '-' button.
• Next Track: Long press the '+' button.
• Previous Track: Long press the '-' button.

6.2 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

You can connect two Monster S200 speakers together for a true stereo sound experience.

1. Ensure both Monster S200 speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), double-press the Bluetooth button. You will hear a prompt indicating it's searching for another speaker.
3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound.
4. Now, connect your Bluetooth device to the primary speaker as described in Section 5.2. The audio will play in stereo through both speakers.

6.3 RGB Ambient Lights

The Monster S200 features built-in RGB ambient lights that create a dynamic atmosphere.

• Cycle Modes: Short press the Light button to cycle through different light modes or turn the lights off.
• The lights slowly change colors, adding visual appeal to your music.

6.4 Using AUX/TF Card/USB Playback

• AUX Input: Connect an audio device to the AUX port using a 3.5mm audio cable. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
• TF Card: Insert a TF (MicroSD) card with music files into the TF card slot. The speaker will automatically begin playing music from the card.
• USB Playback: Insert a USB flash drive with music files into the USB port. The speaker will automatically begin playing music from the drive.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the speaker with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Do not use alcohol, benzene, or other chemicals.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
