3. Setup and Preparation

2. Insert Pouch: With the sealed edge of the pouch leading, carefully insert it straight and parallel into the laminator's feed slot. The laminator will automatically feed the pouch through.
3. Lamination Process: The laminator will process the pouch at a speed of approximately 270mm per minute. Do not pull or push the pouch during lamination.
4. Retrieve Laminated Item: Once the pouch has fully exited the machine, carefully retrieve it. The laminated item will be warm; allow it to cool on a flat surface before handling or trimming.

• Pouch Thickness: The Bonsaii L418-CW is compatible with laminating pouches ranging from 80 to 125 microns in thickness. Select the appropriate mode (80 or 125 micron) for your pouch.
