Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Sweetcrispy office chair. It is recommended to assemble on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage to the chair or your floor.
- Attach Casters to the Base: Insert each caster into the holes on the chair base until securely fitted. Apply firm pressure until they click into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the chair base. Ensure it sits firmly.
- Attach Mechanism to Seat: Secure the chair mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism aligns with the front of the seat.
- Attach Armrests: Secure the armrests to the seat cushion using the provided screws. Note that these armrests are designed to flip up.
- Attach Backrest: Connect the backrest to the seat assembly using the remaining screws. Ensure all connections are tight.
- Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder. The chair is now ready for use.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Seat Height
To adjust the seat height, locate the lever under the right side of the seat:
- To raise the seat: Lift the lever while taking your weight off the seat. The seat will rise automatically. Release the lever at the desired height.
- To lower the seat: Lift the lever while seated. The seat will lower. Release the lever at the desired height.
The seat height adjustment range is approximately 18.5 to 22.2 inches.
Rocking Function
The chair features a rocking mode for relaxation:
- To enable rocking: Pull the same lever (used for height adjustment) outwards.
- To disable rocking: Push the lever inwards.
Adjusting Rocking Tension
The rocking tension can be adjusted using the round knob located under the front of the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to rock) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to rock).
Flip-up Armrests
The armrests can be flipped up to save space or allow the chair to be pushed closer to a desk. Simply lift the armrests upwards until they lock into a vertical position. To lower, pull them down.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe mesh and fabric surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, which may damage the materials.
- Casters: Periodically check casters for hair, dust, or other debris. Clean them as needed to ensure smooth movement and prevent floor scratches.
- Fasteners: Regularly inspect all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary to maintain stability and safety.
- Weight Capacity: Adhere strictly to the maximum weight capacity of 250 lbs (113.4 kg) to prevent structural damage and ensure user safety.
Troubleshooting
Chair does not adjust height
- Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged and not stuck.
- Check if the gas lift cylinder is properly installed and seated in the base and mechanism.
Chair wobbles or is unstable
- Verify that all assembly screws are securely tightened, especially those connecting the seat, backrest, and mechanism.
- Ensure the chair is placed on a flat, even surface.
Casters do not roll smoothly
- Check casters for any obstructions like hair, lint, or debris. Clean them thoroughly.
- Ensure casters are fully inserted into the chair base.
