4. Attaching Auxiliary Wheels
For easier operation on flat surfaces, attach the removable auxiliary wheels to the base of the trimmer. This converts the brush cutter into a wheeled lawn mower, reducing effort during use.
Operating Instructions
1. Blade Selection
The ONEVAN brush cutter comes with three types of blades for various tasks:
- Circular Saw Blade: Ideal for cutting thicker grass and small branches.
- Diamond-shaped Metal Blade: Suitable for trimming small hedges and tough weeds.
- Plastic Blade: Best for delicate grass and light weeds.
Always ensure the correct blade is securely installed for the task at hand. Refer to the assembly instructions for blade changing procedures.

Figure 3: Choose the appropriate blade for soft grass, bushes/weeds, or thin branches.
2. General Operation
To start the brush cutter, ensure a charged battery is installed and press the power button. Hold the tool firmly with both hands. Move the cutter in a sweeping motion across the area to be trimmed. Avoid hitting hard objects like stones, as the battery's circuit protection may temporarily stop the motor.

Figure 4: The 500W brushless motor provides a speed of 6200 RPM for efficient cutting.
3. Wheeled Operation
When the auxiliary wheels are attached, the brush cutter can be used like a traditional lawn mower. This is particularly useful for larger, flatter areas, allowing for easier movement and reducing physical strain. For detailed trimming or uneven terrain, remove the wheels for handheld operation.

Figure 5: Operate with wheels for ease on flat surfaces or without for detailed trimming.
4. Portability
Weighing only 3 kg, this brush cutter is lightweight and portable. Its foldable design allows for easy storage and transport, fitting conveniently into a car trunk.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, disconnect the battery and clean the tool, especially the blade area, from grass clippings and debris. Use a dry cloth or soft brush.
- Blade Care: Inspect blades regularly for wear or damage. Replace dull or damaged blades to maintain cutting efficiency and safety.
- Battery Storage: Store batteries in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not store fully discharged batteries for extended periods.
- General Inspection: Periodically check all screws and fasteners for tightness.
Troubleshooting
- Tool Not Starting: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Check for any obstructions around the blade.
- Reduced Cutting Performance: Blades may be dull or damaged. Replace blades as necessary. Ensure the correct blade type is used for the material being cut.
- Motor Stops During Operation: This may indicate the battery's protection circuit has activated due to hitting a hard object or overheating. Remove the obstruction, allow the tool to cool if necessary, and restart.
- Short Battery Life: Ensure batteries are fully charged before use. Battery performance can decrease over time; consider replacing old batteries.
