2. Important Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly

The YPOO Magnetic Rowing Machine features an integrated design for quick and easy assembly, typically completed within 10 minutes. A tool kit is included.

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
  2. Attach Stabilizer Bars: Secure the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure they are tightened firmly.
  3. Install Sliding Seat: Slide the seat onto the dual slide rails. Ensure the seat wheels are properly seated in the tracks.
  4. Attach Foot Pedals: Connect the left and right foot pedals to their respective mounts on the main frame.
  5. Connect LCD Monitor: Attach the LCD monitor to its designated slot on the console. Insert the required 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the monitor.

5. Operating Instructions

Your YPOO Magnetic Rowing Machine features 16 levels of powerful magnetic resistance. To adjust the resistance, turn the tension control knob located on the main console. Turn clockwise to increase resistance for a more challenging workout, and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance for an easier session.
