Setup

Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will show the charging status and turn off when fully charged.

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing LED).
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Monster Shock" from the list of devices.
  4. Once connected, the speaker will provide an audible confirmation, and the LED indicator will become solid.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

To achieve a true stereo sound experience, you can pair two Monster Shock speakers together:

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the TWS button (if available, or a combination of buttons as per quick start guide) until you hear a pairing tone.
  3. The second speaker will automatically search for and connect to the primary speaker.
  4. Once paired, both speakers will play audio in stereo.
  5. Connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described above.

Music Playback

Auxiliary Input (AUX)

Connect an external audio device using the supplied 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX-in port on the speaker. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.

USB and Micro SD Card Playback

Insert a USB drive or Micro SD card (with supported audio files) into the respective ports. The speaker will automatically detect and begin playing music from the storage device.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure all ports are dry before charging or connecting cables after exposure to water.

Storage

Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery periodically to maintain its health.

Troubleshooting
