1. Introduction
The SIYEGK BXRadio-1020 is a multi-functional emergency weather radio designed for reliability in various situations. It integrates AM/FM/SW/NOAA weather band radio reception with multiple power options, including hand crank, solar panel, and USB charging. Additional features include a powerful flashlight, a reading lamp, and an SOS alarm, making it an essential tool for emergency preparedness and outdoor activities.
2. Key Features

3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge the internal Lithium-ion battery using the supplied USB-C cable. Connect the USB-C end to the radio's Type-C input port and the USB-A end to a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer, power bank). The battery indicator on the LCD display will show charging progress. A full charge typically takes approximately 6 hours.
3.2 AAA Battery Installation
For backup power, open the AAA battery compartment located on the back of the radio. Insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely. Use the LI/AAA power switch on the side to select the desired power source.

4. Operating the Radio
4.1 Power On/Off & Mode Selection
Press and hold the MODE button for 2 seconds to turn the radio on or off. Short press the MODE button to cycle through AM, FM, SW, Bluetooth (BT), and Weather Band (WB) modes.
4.2 Tuning & Volume
- Tuning: In AM/FM/SW/WB mode, use the TUN+ and TUN- buttons to manually adjust the frequency. Long press these buttons for automatic scanning to the next available station.
- Volume: Use the VOL+ and VOL- buttons to adjust the audio volume.
- Presets: Press the PRESET/ button to cycle through saved stations.
4.3 NOAA Weather Alerts
In WB mode, the radio will automatically scan for NOAA weather alert channels. Press the ALERT button to activate or deactivate the weather alert function. When an alert is received, the radio will sound an alarm and display the alert information.

4.4 Flashlight & Reading Lamp
- Flashlight: Press the dedicated flashlight button on the top of the radio to cycle through low, high, and off modes for the front LED flashlight.
- Reading Lamp: Lift the solar panel to reveal the LED reading lamp. Press the dedicated reading lamp button to cycle through low, high, and off modes.

4.5 SOS Alarm
Press and hold the SOS button for 2 seconds to activate the emergency alarm. This will trigger a loud siren and a flashing red light to attract attention. Press the SOS button again to deactivate.
