3. Initial Setup

Time Setting

- Press SPL/RST to cycle through seconds, hours, minutes, year, month, and day.
- Use ST/STP to adjust the flashing value.
- Press MODE to confirm and exit setting mode.
- To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format, press ST/STP while the hour is flashing.
Alarm Setting
- From Time Mode, press MODE to enter Alarm Mode (indicated by "AL" or an alarm icon).
- Press SPL/RST to select the alarm number (AL1 to AL5).
- Press ST/STP to toggle the selected alarm ON/OFF.
- To set an alarm, press and hold MODE until the hour flashes.
- Use SPL/RST to select hours or minutes.
- Use ST/STP to adjust the flashing value.
- Press MODE to confirm and exit.
Stopwatch Function
- From Time Mode, press MODE to enter Stopwatch Mode (indicated by "STW" or a stopwatch icon).
- Press ST/STP to start the stopwatch.
- Press ST/STP again to stop it.
- Press SPL/RST to reset the stopwatch to zero.
- For split time, press SPL/RST while the stopwatch is running. Press SPL/RST again to return to running time.
Countdown Timer
- From Time Mode, press MODE to enter Countdown Timer Mode (indicated by "CD" or a timer icon).
- Press and hold MODE until the hour flashes to set the timer.
- Use SPL/RST to select hours, minutes, or seconds.
- Use ST/STP to adjust the flashing value.
- Press MODE to confirm the setting.
- Press ST/STP to start or pause the countdown.
- Press SPL/RST to reset the timer to its set value.
World Time
- From Time Mode, press MODE to enter World Time Mode (indicated by "WT" or a globe icon).
- Use ST/STP to cycle through different city codes/time zones.
- The digital display will show the time for the selected city.
EL Backlight
Press the LIGHT button (top left) to illuminate the display for a few seconds in low-light conditions.

Cleaning

Water Resistance
