4. Product Overview
4.1 Microscope Head
The trinocular head allows for simultaneous viewing through the eyepieces and output to a digital display via the camera port. The stereo zoom objective provides continuous magnification adjustment from 7X to 45X.
4.2 Double Boom Stand
The robust double boom stand offers extensive horizontal and vertical reach, allowing for flexible positioning of the microscope head over large work areas. It features a heavy base for stability.

4.3 28MP HDMI Camera
The integrated 28-megapixel camera captures high-resolution images and video, outputting directly via HDMI at 1080P 60FPS. It includes a TF card slot for storage and a USB port for PC connection.

4.4 56-LED Ring Light
Provides bright, even illumination of the specimen, with adjustable intensity to suit various observation needs.
5. Setup
- Assemble the Boom Stand: Securely attach the vertical post to the heavy base. Insert the horizontal boom arms into the main body and tighten all locking screws.
- Mount the Microscope Head: Carefully attach the trinocular microscope head to the boom stand's mounting ring. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Insert Eyepieces: Gently insert the WF10X/20 eyepieces into the eyepiece tubes of the microscope head.
- Install the Camera: Remove the dust cap from the trinocular port and insert the 28MP HDMI camera. Secure it with the set screw.
- Attach Ring Light: Mount the 56-LED ring light to the objective lens of the microscope head. Connect its power adapter to a power outlet.
- Connect Camera: Connect the camera's power adapter to the camera and a power outlet. Connect the HDMI cable from the camera to a compatible display (monitor/TV). Optionally, insert a TF card for storage or connect the USB cable to a PC.
- Power On: Turn on the ring light and the camera. Power on your display device and select the correct HDMI input.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Adjusting Magnification and Focus
- Zoom: Rotate the zoom knob on the microscope head to adjust the magnification from 7X to 45X.
- Focus: Use the coarse and fine focus knobs on the boom stand to bring the specimen into sharp focus. The simul-focal design allows simultaneous focus through eyepieces and the camera.
- Diopter Adjustment: For comfortable viewing, adjust the diopter ring on one of the eyepieces to compensate for differences in vision between your eyes.
6.2 Using the Ring Light
Rotate the dimmer knob on the ring light's power control unit to adjust the brightness of the LED illumination. Ensure adequate lighting for optimal image quality.
6.3 Camera Operation
The 28MP HDMI camera can be operated via its onboard buttons or the included remote control.
- Power On/Off: Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the camera or remote.
- Capture Image: Press the 'Photo' button to take a still image. Images are saved to the inserted TF card.
- Record Video: Press the 'Video' button to start/stop video recording. Videos are saved to the TF card.
- Menu: Press the 'MENU' button to access camera settings (exposure, white balance, resolution, etc.). Use the arrow keys to navigate and 'OK' to confirm.
- Zoom (Digital): Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons (or zoom buttons on remote) for digital zoom on the display. Note that digital zoom reduces image quality.
- AWB (Auto White Balance): Press the 'AWB' button to automatically adjust white balance.
- AE (Auto Exposure): Press the 'AE' button to automatically adjust exposure.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning Optics: Use a soft, lint-free cloth or lens paper with a small amount of lens cleaning solution to clean objective lenses and eyepieces. Avoid excessive pressure.
- Cleaning Body: Wipe the microscope body and stand with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Dust Protection: When not in use, cover the microscope with a dust cover to prevent dust accumulation on optical surfaces and mechanical parts.
- Storage: Store the microscope in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and vibrations.
8. Troubleshooting
- No Image on Display:
Solution: Check all power connections to the camera and display. Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected and the display is set to the correct input source. - Blurry Image:
Solution: Adjust the focus knobs. Ensure the diopter on the eyepieces is correctly set. Clean the objective lens and eyepieces if smudges are present. - Dark Image:
Solution: Increase the brightness of the LED ring light. Adjust the camera's exposure settings via the menu. - Camera Not Responding to Remote:
Solution: Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the camera's IR receiver. Check the remote control's battery. - Cannot Save Images/Videos:
Solution: Ensure a TF card is properly inserted and has sufficient free space. Check if the TF card is locked (read-only).
