2.2 Power Connection

2.3 Spool and Wire Installation

3.2 Basic Operation Steps

1. Power On: Flip the main power switch to the ON position. The control panel will illuminate.
2. Parameter Setting: Use the numeric keypad and function buttons (e.g., DATA SEL, STEP, SHIFT) to input winding parameters. These include:
   • Starting point
   • Wire gauge (0.03-1.2mm)
   • Winding displacement width (Max 110mm)
   • Number of circles/turns
   • Winding speed (Max 6000 circles/minute)
   • Slow lathe speed
   • Winding displacement direction
   • Winding direction
   • Two-terminal stopping
   • Automatic reset
   • Automatic start (job-hopping winding)
   The machine can store up to 999 groups of parameters.
3. Load Coil Form: Securely attach the coil form or bobbin to the winding spindle.
4. Start Winding: Press the START button on the control panel or use the foot switch to begin the winding process. The machine will automatically adjust speed and displacement according to the programmed parameters.
5. Monitor Progress: Observe the winding process and the digital displays on the control panel for real-time RPM and quantity counts.
6. Stop Winding: To pause or stop the winding process, press the STOP button. The machine also features an automatic stopping function upon completion of programmed turns.
7. Unload Coil: Once winding is complete, carefully remove the finished coil from the spindle.

4. Maintenance
