3. Setup and Installation

3.1. Suction Cup Installation (Dashboard/Windshield)

1. Clean the Surface: Use the provided wipe to thoroughly clean the desired mounting area on your dashboard or windshield. Ensure the surface is dry and free of dust or oils. Note: The suction cup is not suitable for genuine leather, coated faux leather, suede, uneven, dirty, or soiled surfaces.
2. Attach the Suction Cup Base: Press the suction cup firmly onto the cleaned surface.

1. Attach Air Vent Clip: Connect the air vent clip to the ball joint of the phone holder. Tighten the screw collar clockwise to secure it.
2. Secure to Vent: Insert the metal hook of the vent clip into a horizontal or vertical air vent vane. Tighten the knob on the clip until you hear an audible 'clicking' noise, indicating a secure connection.
3. Adjust Position: Ensure the mount is stable and does not obstruct your view or interfere with vehicle controls. Note: This vent clip is not suitable for round vents.

4.1. Inserting and Removing Your Phone

1. Insert Phone: Gently place your smartphone into the holder. The side arms will automatically clamp around your device.
2. Secure Phone: Press the side arms inward to ensure a firm grip. The holder is designed to accommodate smartphones ranging from 4.7 to 7 inches, including those with thick cases (up to 0.94 inches thick).
3. Remove Phone: Press the quick-release buttons located on the sides of the holder to release the arms and retrieve your phone.

• Vent Clip Not Secure:
  • Ensure the metal hook is fully inserted into a vent vane and the tightening knob is securely clicked.
  • The vent clip is not compatible with round air vents.
• Phone Not Fitting in Holder:
  • Check that your phone size is between 4.7 and 7 inches.
  • Ensure your phone case thickness is less than 0.94 inches.
  • Press the quick-release buttons to fully extend the arms before inserting the phone.
