1. Introduction

The Prana Air OxyCO is a portable air quality monitor designed to detect and display real-time levels of Oxygen (O2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Temperature, and Humidity. This device is equipped with WiFi connectivity, allowing data access via mobile applications, TV applications, and a web dashboard. Its compact design makes it suitable for various environments, including homes, offices, healthcare centers, and industrial settings.

3. Device Overview

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

Before initial use, fully charge the OxyCO monitor. Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the charging port on the device and plug the other end into a standard USB power adapter (not included).

4.2 Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the power button (location specified in manual card) for a few seconds until the display illuminates.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the power button until the device shuts down.

4.3 Connecting to Wi-Fi

For data logging and remote access, connect your OxyCO monitor to a Wi-Fi network. Follow the on-screen prompts or refer to the mobile application for detailed instructions on Wi-Fi setup.

4.4 Mobile App Connection and O2 Calibration

Download the Prana Air mobile application from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your OxyCO monitor. The app will guide you through the initial O2 calibration process, which is crucial for accurate oxygen readings.

5. Operating the Device

5.1 Understanding the Display

The OxyCO monitor's display provides real-time readings for various parameters:

• CO (Carbon Monoxide): Measured in parts per million (ppm).
• O2 (Oxygen): Measured as a percentage (%).
• TEMP (Temperature): Measured in degrees Celsius (°C).
• HUMI (Humidity): Measured as a percentage (%).

5.2 Navigating Screen Types

The OxyCO monitor features multiple screen types to visualize data:

• Main Screen: Displays current O2, CO, Temperature, and Humidity.
• Calibration Screen: Used during the O2 calibration process.
• CO Curve: Shows historical data for Carbon Monoxide levels in a graph format.
• O2 Curve: Shows historical data for Oxygen levels in a graph format.

5.3 Using Mobile/TV App and Web Dashboard

The Prana Air ecosystem allows you to access and analyze your monitor's data remotely:

• Mobile App: View real-time data, historical trends, and manage device settings on your smartphone.
• TV App: Display air quality data on a larger screen for public or group viewing.
• Web Dashboard: Access comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and management tools through a web browser.

5.4 Data Export

The system supports exporting data for further analysis. You can typically export data in formats such as .csv or .xls from the web dashboard or mobile application.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

To clean the device, gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or immerse the device in water. Ensure no liquid enters the sensor openings.

6.2 Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the device frequently. Charge the device regularly, especially if it will be stored for an extended period.

6.3 Sensor Care

The electrochemical sensors are designed for durability. Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, high humidity, or direct impact, as this can affect sensor performance and lifespan.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Prana Air OxyCO monitor, refer to the following common solutions:

• Device Not Powering On: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the Type-C USB cable and try again.
• No Wi-Fi Connection: Verify that your Wi-Fi network is active and within range. Re-enter Wi-Fi credentials if necessary. Ensure the device is not too far from the router.
• Inaccurate Readings: Perform an O2 calibration as instructed in the mobile app. Ensure the device is placed in an area with good air circulation and away from direct sources of pollutants or extreme conditions.
