Setup

Unboxing and Initial Setup

Your Sekey Heavy Duty Wagon comes largely pre-assembled for convenience. Upon unboxing, carefully remove the wagon from its packaging. The wagon is designed for quick and tool-free setup. Simply unfold the wagon by pushing the sides outwards until the frame locks into place. Ensure the bottom support is properly seated to create a stable base for the cargo area.

Handle Adjustment

The wagon features a 90-degree adjustable handle with an auto-rebounding design. To adjust the handle height, locate the height-adjust button on the handle shaft. Press the button and slide the handle to your desired height. The auto-rebounding feature ensures the handle does not touch the ground when released, keeping it clean and accessible.

Folding for Storage

To fold the wagon for compact storage, ensure the cargo area is empty. Pull the strap located in the center of the wagon's floor upwards. This action will cause the sides of the wagon to collapse inwards. Once fully collapsed, the wagon can be easily stored in a car trunk, closet, or garage.

Operating Instructions

Loading Capacity

The Sekey Heavy Duty Wagon is designed to carry up to 220 pounds (approximately 100 kg) of weight. Distribute the load evenly within the wagon to maintain stability and prevent tipping. Avoid overloading the wagon beyond its stated capacity to ensure safe operation and prevent damage to the frame or wheels.

Maneuverability and Braking

Equipped with 360-degree rotating front wheels, this wagon offers smooth and effortless movement across various surfaces, including grass, sand, gravel, and pavement. The wheels are designed for silent operation. To engage the brakes, press down on the brake levers located on the front wheels. To release, lift the levers. Always engage the brakes when the wagon is stationary on an incline or when loading/unloading to prevent unintended movement.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance will extend the life of your Sekey wagon. The wagon's frame is constructed from carbon steel with a scratch-resistant and anti-rust coating. The fabric is 600D Oxford with a PVC coating, making it tear-resistant and waterproof. For cleaning, wipe down the fabric and frame with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure the wagon is completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mildew. The detachable wheel design allows for easy cleaning and maintenance of the wheels.
