3. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the safety and optimal performance of your solar power system. It is highly recommended that installation be performed by a qualified electrician or solar professional.
3.1. Safety Precautions
- Always disconnect all power sources before working on the system.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including insulated gloves and safety glasses.
- Ensure all wiring is correctly sized and protected according to local electrical codes.
- The solar panels are large and heavy; handle with care and ensure proper support during installation.
3.2. Component Placement
- Solar Panels: Install panels in an area with maximum sun exposure throughout the day, free from shading.
- Inverters: Mount inverters in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and flammable materials.
- Batteries: Place batteries in the provided rack in a stable, temperature-controlled environment. Ensure adequate ventilation.
3.3. Wiring Diagram
Follow the provided wiring diagram carefully for correct connections between solar panels, inverters, and batteries. The system supports 120V/240V split phase output.

4. Operating Instructions
Once installed, your ECO-WORTHY solar power system is designed for user-friendly operation.
4.1. System Startup
- Ensure all connections are secure and correct according to the wiring diagram.
- Turn on the main DC breaker for the battery bank.
- Turn on the AC output breaker for the inverters.
- The inverters will initiate their startup sequence. Monitor the LCD display for status updates.
- Once the inverters are operational, they will begin drawing power from the solar panels (if sunlight is available) and/or batteries to supply your connected loads.
4.2. Monitoring and Control
The hybrid inverters allow for remote monitoring of the system's operating status through a dedicated mobile application. This app provides real-time data on power generation, battery status, and load consumption.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficiency of your ECO-WORTHY solar power system.
5.1. Solar Panel Cleaning
Periodically clean the surface of the solar panels to remove dust, dirt, leaves, or snow. Use a soft cloth and water. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could scratch the glass.
5.2. Battery Care
- Ensure the battery rack area is well-ventilated to prevent heat buildup.
- Regularly check battery connections for tightness and corrosion.
- Monitor battery health via the mobile app. The integrated BMS protects against overcharge, over-discharge, and over-current.
5.3. Inverter Inspection
- Keep inverter vents clear of obstructions to ensure proper airflow.
- Periodically check all wiring connections to the inverter for security.
- Monitor the inverter's display for any error codes or warnings.
