4. Setup

Attaching to MagSafe Compatible Devices

1. Ensure your smartphone is MagSafe compatible (iPhone 12 series or newer) or has a MagSafe compatible case.
2. Align the magnetic base of the ULANZI LM19 with the MagSafe area on the back of your phone.
3. The device will snap into place securely.

Attaching to Non-MagSafe Devices (Using Adhesive Metal Ring)

1. Clean the back surface of your smartphone or phone case thoroughly.
2. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive metal ring.
3. Carefully center and press the metal ring onto the desired attachment area on your phone or case. Ensure it is firmly adhered.
4. Allow the adhesive to set for a few hours before attaching the LM19.
5. Once the ring is secure, you can attach the ULANZI LM19 magnetically to the metal ring.

5. Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Locate the power button on the side of the device. Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds to turn the light on or off.

Adjusting Light Settings

The ULANZI LM19 features a control wheel for adjusting both color temperature and brightness.

• Color Temperature: Rotate the control wheel to cycle through color temperatures from 2500K (warm light) to 8500K (cool light).
• Brightness: Press the control wheel once to switch to brightness adjustment mode. Rotate the wheel to adjust brightness from 10% to 100%. Press again to switch back to color temperature adjustment.

Reversible Design (Flip Function)

The LM19 features a flexible hinge that allows the light panel to flip over 180 degrees. This enables you to quickly switch between front-facing (selfie) lighting and rear-facing (background or main subject) lighting. Simply pull the light panel away from the magnetic base and rotate it to the desired angle.

Phone Stand Function

When not in use as a light, the ULANZI LM19 can be folded and positioned to serve as a convenient phone stand. Attach the device to your phone, then adjust the hinge to prop your phone up in either portrait or landscape orientation for hands-free viewing.

6. Charging

The ULANZI LM19 has a built-in 400 mAh rechargeable battery.

1. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the device.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port, power bank).
3. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.

A full charge provides approximately 1.5 hours of use at maximum brightness and up to 8 hours at minimum brightness.
