Setup Guide
1. Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge your headset. There are two methods for charging:
- Using the Charging Base: Place the headset onto the charging base. Ensure it is properly seated and the indicator light on the base illuminates, confirming charging has begun.
- Using the USB Type-C Cable: Connect the USB Type-C cable directly to the headset's charging port and to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
A full charge provides approximately 45 hours of working time and 300 hours of standby time.

Operating Instructions
Microphone Usage and Noise Cancellation
The headset features a 270° rotatable microphone, allowing you to position it on either the left or right side for optimal voice capture. The microphone incorporates advanced noise-cancelling technology, separating your voice from environmental sounds to ensure clear communication.

Mute Function
A dedicated mute button is conveniently located on the side of the headset, allowing you to quickly mute or unmute your microphone during calls. The headset provides voice prompts such as "mute on" or "mute off" to confirm the status. This function works across mobile phone calls and UC platforms like Zoom, Skype, and Teams (when using the Bluetooth dongle).
Volume Control
Adjust the volume using the dedicated volume controls located on the earcup of the headset.
Maintenance and Care
- Clean the headset regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Store the headset in the provided storage bag or on its charging base when not in use to protect it from dust and damage.
- Avoid exposing the headset to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unstable Bluetooth connection / Frequent disconnections | Outdated Bluetooth drivers on computer; interference; distance from device. | Update your computer's Bluetooth drivers. Ensure the headset is within the 10m (33ft) wireless range. Reduce interference from other wireless devices. |
| Headset not charging on base | Improper placement on base; charging contacts dirty; base not powered. | Ensure the headset is correctly seated on the charging base and the indicator light is on. Clean the charging contacts on both the headset and base. Verify the charging base is connected to power. |
| Microphone not working or unclear audio | Microphone muted; incorrect microphone selected in software; microphone not positioned correctly. | Check if the mute button is activated. Ensure the headset is selected as the input device in your computer's sound settings or communication software. Adjust the microphone boom closer to your mouth. |
