The COSLUS Advanced Water Flosser Model E2 is engineered for superior oral cleaning. It features advanced high-frequency pulses (10-160 PSI, 1400 pulses/min) to effectively remove dental plaque. With 2 distinct modes (Floss and Massage) and 12 adjustable pressure settings, it caters to a wide range of users from ages 6 to 60, including those with braces or sensitive gums. The device includes a large 600ml detachable water tank for extended use and a patented nozzle storage box for hygienic organization of the included jet tips.
Setup Instructions
- Plug in the Device: Connect the power adapter to the device and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet. The device supports 110-220V.
- Fill the Water Tank: Detach the 600ml water tank from the base. Fill it with warm water (below 40°C / 104°F) for comfort. Reattach the tank securely to the base.
- Install the Nozzle: Select the desired jet tip. Insert the nozzle into the hole at the top of the handle until you hear a "click," ensuring it is securely in place without any gaps.
- Select Mode and Pressure: Press the "ON/OFF" button on the main unit to power on. Choose between 'Floss' or 'Massage' mode using the 'M' button. Adjust the water pressure to your desired level using the dial (1-12). For first-time users or those with sensitive teeth, it is recommended to start with a lower setting (gear 1-2).

Operating Instructions
- Position the Nozzle: Lean over the sink. Place the nozzle at a 90-degree angle to your gum line, ensuring your lips are slightly closed around the nozzle to prevent splashing while allowing water to drain into the sink.
- Start Water Flow: Slide the ON/OFF switch on the handle to the 'ON' position to begin water flow.
- Guide Along Gumline: Guide the water jet along your gumline and between teeth, pausing briefly between each tooth.
- Turn Off: After cleaning, slide the ON/OFF switch on the handle to the 'OFF' position. Press the main unit's power button to turn off the device completely.

Maintenance
- Empty and Clean Tank: After each use, empty any remaining water from the tank. The 600ml detachable tank is designed for easy cleaning.
- Clean Nozzles: Rinse the jet tips under running water. The patented nozzle storage box features quick-drain ventilation to ensure tips remain dry and clean.
- Store Properly: Store the main unit and nozzles in a dry, clean place. The compact design with a sturdy upright stand helps keep your bathroom organized.
Troubleshooting
Phenomenon: You can hear the machine running, but no water comes out.
Possible Cause: The machine is on, water pressure level is above 6th level, and the handle is turned off.
Reason: This is the automatic protection state of the device under certain conditions. This is completely normal and not a fault. Please use it without worry!
