4. Product Overview

4.1 Camera Components

Familiarize yourself with the main components of your CAMWORLD AC11 camcorder:

  • Lens: Captures images and videos.
  • LED Fill Light: Provides additional illumination in low-light conditions.
  • 3-inch IPS Touchscreen: Rotatable display for viewing and navigating menus.

5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation and Charging

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the camera.
  2. Insert the provided rechargeable battery (1800 mAh) according to the polarity indicators.
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.
  4. Connect the camera to a power source using the supplied USB cable for charging. The charging indicator will illuminate. A full charge provides 150-180 minutes of operation.
  5. The camera supports recording while charging, allowing for extended use during activities.

5.2 SD Card Installation

  1. Locate the SD card slot on the side of the camera.
  2. Insert the provided 32GB SD card (UHS Speed Class U3, Video Speed Class V60, Class 10) with the metal contacts facing the correct direction until it clicks into place.
  3. To remove the SD card, gently push it in until it clicks, then release, and it will eject.

5.3 Powering On/Off

  • To power on the camera, open the LCD screen. The camera will automatically turn on.
  • To power off the camera, close the LCD screen. The camera will automatically turn off.
  • Alternatively, press and hold the Power button to turn the camera on or off.

6. Operating the Camera

6.1 Basic Operation

  • Mode Switching: Use the mode button or touchscreen interface to switch between video recording mode and photo capture mode.
  • Navigation: Use the touchscreen or physical buttons to navigate through menus and settings.

6.2 Video Recording

  1. Ensure the camera is in video recording mode.
  2. Press the Record button to start recording. The recording indicator will flash.
  3. Press the Record button again to stop recording.
  4. The camera records in 4K resolution (3840 pixels effective video resolution).
  5. Note: The camera does not support auto-focus or manual focus. The optimal shooting distance is 0.6 meters or more.

6.3 Photo Capture

  1. Switch the camera to photo capture mode.
  2. Press the Shutter button to take a photo. The camera captures images at 48MP resolution.

6.4 Zoom Function

Use the zoom lever (W/T) to adjust the 16X digital zoom. Note that digital zoom may reduce image quality at higher magnifications.

7. Advanced Functions

7.1 Webcam Function and Live Streaming

The camera can be used as a webcam for video calls or live streaming:

  1. Connect the camera to your computer using the provided USB cable.
  2. On the camera screen, select "PC-CAM" mode.

8. Settings and Menus

11. Troubleshooting

Image/video is blurry. Subject is too close (less than 0.6m) or camera shake. Ensure subject is at least 0.6m away. Use anti-shake function or a tripod.
Camera does not connect to laptop (PC-CAM mode). Incorrect USB mode selected or driver issue. Ensure "PC-CAM" mode is selected on the camera. Try a different USB port or cable. Check computer device manager for driver issues.
Remote control not working. Battery in remote is dead or line of sight is blocked. Replace remote control battery. Ensure clear path between remote and camera.
