3. Setup Instructions

Connect the Power Adapter: Insert the USB-C end of the provided cable into the charging port on the back of the TECKNET 3-in-1 Wireless Charger.
Plug into Power Outlet: Connect the USB-A end of the cable to the included 18W power adapter, then plug the adapter into a wall power outlet. Ensure you use a compatible power adapter (18W or higher recommended) for optimal charging performance.
Indicator Light: The LED indicator light on the charger will illuminate, indicating it is ready for use.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Charging Your Devices

Smartphones: Place your Qi-enabled smartphone on the upright charging stand. The charger supports both vertical and horizontal charging orientations. Ensure the phone is centered on the charging pad for efficient charging.
Apple Watch: Place your Apple Watch on the dedicated watch charging module.
AirPods: Place your AirPods (with wireless charging case) on the flat charging pad at the base of the unit.

4.2 Device Compatibility

The charger is compatible with a wide range of devices:

4.3 Fast Charging and Case Compatibility

The charger supports 15W Qi fast charging for compatible devices. It is designed to charge through phone cases up to 4mm thick. However, cases with metal, magnetic pads, or credit cards may interfere with charging and should be removed.

4.4 LED Indicator Light

The charger features an LED indicator light that changes color to show charging status. This light can be turned off for undisturbed use, especially during overnight charging.

4.5 Foldable Design

5. Maintenance

Keep the charger clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Do not expose the charger to water or excessive moisture.
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

6. Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
Device not charging or charging slowly.	Improper device placement. Phone case interference (too thick, metal, magnetic). Incompatible power adapter. Foreign object on charging pad.	Ensure device is centered on the charging pad. Remove phone case or ensure it is less than 4mm thick and free of metal/magnets. Use the included 18W power adapter or another QC 3.0 compatible adapter. Remove any foreign objects (coins, keys, etc.) from the charging surface.
iPhone 12/13/14/15 Pro Max not fitting properly.	Larger phone size requires specific orientation.	Place the Pro Max model horizontally to fit properly and ensure effective charging.
iPhone Mini not aligning for charging.	Smaller phone size may require adjustment.	A spacer may be required to achieve better alignment and effective charging for Mini models.
LED indicator not lighting up.	Charger not receiving power.	Check cable connections and ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into a working outlet.
