1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

• Do not expose the monitor to rain or moisture to prevent fire or electric shock.
• Ensure proper ventilation around the monitor. Do not block ventilation openings.

4. Setup

4.1 Assembling the Stand

1. Carefully remove the monitor from its packaging, keeping it protected on a soft surface.
2. Attach the stand neck to the monitor's rear panel.
3. Secure the stand base to the stand neck using the provided screws.
4. Place the assembled monitor on a stable, flat surface.

Alternatively, the monitor supports VESA mounting (100x100mm) for wall or arm mounting. Ensure your VESA mount can support the monitor's weight and size.

4.2 Connecting to Devices

The monitor features various input ports for connectivity:

• HDMI 2.1 (x3): Connect to gaming consoles, PCs, or other HDMI-enabled devices. Supports up to 4K @ 138Hz.
• DisplayPort 1.4 (x1): Connect to PCs or graphics cards. Supports up to 4K @ 138Hz.
• USB Type-C (x1): Connect to laptops, Macs, or phones. Supports video input, data transfer, and 65W power delivery.
• USB-A 3.0 (x2): For connecting peripherals like keyboards, mice, or USB drives.

4.3 Powering On

1. Connect the power adapter to the monitor's power input.
2. Plug the power cord into a power outlet.
3. Press the power button on the monitor or use the remote control to turn on the display.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 OSD Menu Navigation

The On-Screen Display (OSD) menu allows you to adjust various monitor settings. Use the included remote control to navigate the OSD menu:

• Press the Menu button to open the OSD.
• Use the directional buttons (Up/Down/Left/Right) to navigate through options.
• Press OK/Enter to select an option or confirm a setting.
• Press the Back/Exit button to return to the previous menu or exit the OSD.

5.2.2 138Hz Refresh Rate

5.2.3 AMD FreeSync Premium

The monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium technology, which synchronizes the monitor's refresh rate with your graphics card's frame rate to eliminate screen tearing and stuttering, providing fluid gameplay. It is also G-Sync Compatible.

5.2.4 HDR 10 Support

5.2.5 Picture-in-Picture (PIP) and Picture-by-Picture (PBP)

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Monitor

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 No Power

• Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the monitor and the power outlet.
• Verify the power outlet is functioning by plugging in another device.
• Check if the power adapter is correctly connected.

7.2 No Signal

• Confirm that the video cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C) is securely connected to both the monitor and the source device.
• Ensure the correct input source is selected on the monitor via the OSD menu.
• Check if the source device (PC, console) is powered on and outputting a signal.
• Try a different video cable or port if available.

7.3 Display Issues (Flickering, Incorrect Colors)

• Adjust display settings in the OSD menu (brightness, contrast, color temperature).
• Ensure your graphics card drivers are up to date.
• Check the video cable for damage or loose connections.
• Reset the monitor to factory settings via the OSD menu.

7.4 Automatic Static Brightness Limiter (ASBL)

OLED panels may exhibit a feature known as Automatic Static Brightness Limiter (ASBL) or Automatic Brightness Limiter (ABL). This function automatically dims the screen, especially after extended use or when displaying static content, to prevent permanent image retention (burn-in) and protect the panel. This is a normal protective mechanism and not a malfunction. The brightness typically returns to normal when dynamic content is displayed or after a short period.
