2. Setup Guide

2.1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection

The Ulefone Note 19 supports dual Nano-SIM cards or one Nano-SIM and one microSD card for expandable storage. Follow these steps to install your cards:

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
  2. Insert the SIM tray ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press gently until the tray pops out.
  3. Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or microSD card into the designated slots on the tray, ensuring the gold contacts face downwards. Refer to the diagram for correct orientation.
  4. Carefully push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.
