Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation. Professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with electrical wiring.
- Turn Off Power: Before starting, ensure power is disconnected at the circuit breaker or fuse box to prevent electrical shock.
- Mounting Bracket Installation: Secure the mounting bracket to a UL Listed outlet box (marked "FOR FAN SUPPORT") using the screws provided. Ensure the bracket is firmly attached to the building structure.
- Wiring Connections: Connect the fan's electrical wires to the household wiring according to the wiring diagram in the detailed instruction sheet. Use appropriate wire nuts and ensure all connections are secure.
- Attach Fan Motor Assembly: Carefully lift the fan motor assembly and attach it to the mounting bracket. Ensure all safety cables and connections are properly secured.
- Install Fan Blades: Attach the three fan blades to the motor housing using the provided screws. Ensure they are tightened securely.
- Install Light Kit: Connect the light kit wiring to the fan motor assembly and secure the light kit to the fan.
- Canopy Installation: Slide the canopy up to the ceiling and secure it to the mounting bracket, covering all wiring.
- Wall Control Installation: Install the wall control switch in a standard wall switch box, following the included wiring instructions for the wall control.
- Restore Power: Once all steps are complete and connections are checked, restore power at the circuit breaker.

Control Methods
The fan can be operated using the included remote control, a compatible wall control switch, or a smartphone application.

Remote Control
The remote control allows full functionality of the fan and light. Insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the remote. Buttons typically include power on/off, fan speed adjustment, light on/off, light dimming, color temperature change, and a 2-hour timer.

Wall Control

Fan Functions
- 6-Speed Settings: Adjust the fan speed from 1 (lowest) to 6 (highest) to achieve your desired airflow. The fan operates quietly, with a maximum noise level of 35 decibels.
- Reversible DC Motor: The fan features a reversible motor for year-round use. Use the downdraft mode (summer) to create a cooling breeze and the updraft mode (winter) to circulate warm air trapped near the ceiling.
- Timer Function: Set a timer for automatic fan shutdown. The remote control offers a 2-hour timer, while the app provides options for 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours.
