Troubleshooting
- Device not pairing: Ensure the device is charged and in pairing mode (LED blinking). Check your phone's Bluetooth settings to ensure it's discoverable and try re-scanning.
- Frequent disconnections: This may occur if the device enters auto-sleep mode after 2 hours of inactivity. Press any button to reactivate. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is stable and within range.
- Stiff buttons: Some users have reported stiff buttons. Continued use may ease stiffness.
- LED light issues (too dim/bright): The LED light is designed to assist in dark environments. Its visibility may vary in different lighting conditions.
- Compatibility with specific car systems (e.g., Tesla): The device works with most Bluetooth-enabled devices. However, some car systems, like certain Tesla models, may have strict third-party connection policies that prevent pairing. This is a limitation of the car's system, not the media button.
- Keyboard issues when connected: If your phone's keyboard stops working when the media button is connected, temporarily disconnect the media button when typing is required.
