1. Introduction and Overview

The WOLFBOX X5 is a state-of-the-art 3-channel dash camera system designed to provide comprehensive video surveillance for your vehicle. Featuring a cutting-edge STARVIS 2 IMX678 image sensor, it captures stunning 4K front, 2.5K rear, and 1080P interior video, ensuring exceptional clarity day and night. With smart voice control, a responsive touch screen, built-in 5.8GHz Wi-Fi, and GPS, the X5 offers advanced functionality for enhanced driving safety and convenience.

2. What's in the Box

Upon unboxing your WOLFBOX X5 Dash Cam, please ensure all the following components are present:

3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to properly install your WOLFBOX X5 Dash Cam in your vehicle:

  1. Prepare the Windshield: Clean the area on your windshield where you intend to mount the dash cam. Apply the electrostatic sticker to the cleaned area.
  2. Mount the Dash Cam: Attach the GPS bracket to the main dash cam unit. Secure the dash cam with the attached GPS bracket onto the electrostatic sticker on the windshield. Ensure it has a clear view of the road ahead.
  3. Connect Power: Plug the Type-C Power Cable into the dash cam's power port (usually on the GPS bracket). Route the cable neatly along the windshield edge and down to your vehicle's 12V power outlet using the provided installation tool to tuck the cable into gaps.
  4. Install Rear Camera: Connect the Rear Cam Cable to the main dash cam unit. Route this cable to the rear of your vehicle, tucking it along the headliner and side panels. Mount the 2.5K Rear Camera on your rear windshield using its adhesive.
  5. Initial Power-On & Wi-Fi Setup: Plug the car charger into your vehicle's 12V outlet. The dash cam should power on automatically.
