Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Keep packaging materials until assembly is complete.
- Assembly: Attach the legs and wheels to the main grill body. Secure the hopper assembly and control panel. Install the side operating table and grease bucket. Place the cooking grates inside the grill chamber. Refer to the included assembly diagram for detailed steps.
- Initial Burn-In: Before cooking food, perform an initial burn-in to remove any manufacturing oils or residues. Fill the hopper with wood pellets. Set the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and let it run for at least 30-45 minutes. This process ensures the grill is ready for food preparation.

Operating Instructions
1. Loading Pellets
Open the hopper lid and fill with food-grade wood pellets. The hopper has a capacity of approximately 12 lbs (5.5 kg). Ensure the pellet level is sufficient for your cooking duration.
2. Powering On and Temperature Setting
Plug the grill into a grounded outdoor electrical outlet. Turn the main power switch ON. Use the temperature control dial to select your desired cooking temperature, ranging from 180°F to 425°F. The PID controller will automatically feed pellets to maintain the set temperature.

3. Cooking Modes
- Smoke Setting: For low-temperature smoking, ideal for infusing deep smoky flavors into meats.
- Temperature Control (180-425°F): Use for grilling, roasting, baking, and braising. The PID system ensures precise temperature management.
- High Setting: Provides continuous pellet feed to the firebox without temperature control, suitable for searing or high-heat cooking when precise temperature is less critical.
4. Monitoring Food
While the grill maintains a set temperature, it is recommended to use a separate meat thermometer to monitor the internal temperature of your food for optimal results and food safety.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Grill
- Cooking Grates: After each use, allow the grates to cool. Scrape off any food residue with a grill brush. The non-stick, enameled coating facilitates easy cleaning.
- Grease Bucket: Regularly empty and clean the grease bucket to prevent flare-ups and maintain hygiene.
- Interior: Periodically clean the interior of the grill, including the fire pot and heat baffle, to remove ash and debris. Ensure the grill is completely cool before cleaning.
2. Hopper Cleanout
If the grill will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended to empty the wood pellets from the hopper. Use the clean-out door to release pellets into a bucket for proper storage. This helps prevent moisture absorption and pellet degradation.

3. Grill Cover
A 420D Oxford rain cover is included to protect your pellet grill from dust and rain when not in use. Always ensure the grill has cooled completely before applying the cover to prevent damage to the cover or the grill.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Grill not turning on | No power, tripped breaker, loose connection | Check power cord, outlet, and circuit breaker. Ensure all connections are secure. |
| Temperature fluctuations or inaccurate readings | Ambient temperature, dirty temperature probe, faulty probe, PID calibration | Ensure grill is not exposed to strong winds. Clean the temperature probe. If issues persist, contact customer support. Note: Some users report a consistent 20°F difference; adjust set temperature accordingly. |
| Pellets not feeding | Empty hopper, jammed auger, wet pellets | Refill hopper. Check for obstructions in the auger. Use dry, high-quality pellets. |
| Excessive smoke or no smoke | Incorrect temperature setting, insufficient airflow, old pellets | Adjust temperature. Ensure exhaust is clear. Use fresh pellets. |
| Heat overload triggered | Excessive fuel, blocked airflow, sensor issue | Reduce pellet load if overfilled. Clear ash from fire pot. If persistent, contact support. |
