Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ACEMIC wireless microphone system, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the devices. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store the system in its provided carrying case when not in use to protect it from dust and physical damage.
  • Battery Care: Avoid fully discharging the batteries frequently. Recharge them regularly, even if not in constant use, to maintain battery health.
  • Antenna Care: Handle the receiver's antenna with care to prevent bending or breaking.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your wireless microphone system, consider the following:

  • No Sound: Ensure all devices are powered on, fully charged, and correctly paired. Check the volume levels on both the microphone and your audio system. Verify the receiver is plugged into the correct input.
  • Interference/Poor Sound Quality: Try switching to a different channel on the transmitter. Ensure there are no obstructions between the transmitters and the receiver. Keep the receiver's antenna fully extended and positioned for optimal reception. Avoid using the system near other wireless devices that might cause interference.
  • Short Range: Ensure the receiver's antenna is properly installed and extended. Check for any large metal objects or walls that might be blocking the signal.
