2. Safety Instructions
- Always ensure all bolts and fasteners are securely tightened before use.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 700 lbs for the entire table (400 lbs for the top shelf, 300 lbs for the bottom shelf). Overloading can cause damage or injury.
- When moving the table, ensure the path is clear and move slowly to prevent tipping. Lock the casters once the table is in its desired position.
- Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts during assembly and adjustment.
- Clean the stainless steel surfaces regularly to maintain hygiene and prevent corrosion.
3. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present before beginning assembly:
- 1 x Stainless Steel Tabletop
- 1 x Undershelf
- 4 x Legs
- 4 x Swivel Casters (2 with brakes)
- 4 x Triangular Plates (for leg stability)
- 12 x Hexagon Socket Bolts M8*16mm

4. Setup
4.1. Assembly Steps
- Carefully unbox all components and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
- Attach the four legs to the underside of the tabletop using the provided hexagon socket bolts. Ensure they are finger-tight initially.
- Slide the undershelf onto the legs. Do not tighten the bolts yet.
- Attach the four triangular plates to the corners where the legs meet the tabletop for added stability. Secure with bolts.

4.2. Adjustable Height Shelf
The bottom shelf can be adjusted to three different height levels to accommodate various items. To adjust:
- Loosen the bolts securing the undershelf to the legs.
- Carefully raise or lower the shelf to the desired height, aligning the shelf supports with the pre-drilled holes in the legs.
- Securely tighten the bolts at the new position. Ensure all four corners are at the same height for stability.

5. Operating
5.1. Weight Capacity
The work table is designed to support a total weight of up to 700 lbs. The top shelf has a maximum capacity of 400 lbs, and the bottom shelf can hold up to 300 lbs. Distribute weight evenly to maintain stability.

5.2. Mobility and Stability
The table is equipped with four swivel casters for easy movement. Two of these casters include brakes. To secure the table in place, press down on the brake levers on the two braked casters until they lock. To move the table, release the brakes.
6. Maintenance
6.1. Cleaning
The stainless steel surfaces are easy to clean. Use a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can scratch the surface. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly to prevent water spots and maintain the finish.
6.2. Inspection
Periodically inspect all bolts and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Check the casters for smooth operation and ensure the brakes engage properly. Address any loose components immediately to prevent accidents.
7. Troubleshooting
- Table is wobbly: Ensure all bolts, especially those connecting the legs to the tabletop and undershelf, are securely tightened. Verify that the table is on a level surface.
- Casters not rolling smoothly: Check for debris caught in the wheels. Ensure the caster brakes are fully disengaged.
- Casters not locking: Ensure the brake mechanism is free of obstructions and fully engaged.
