3. Setup
Unpacking and Initial Preparation:
Upon unpacking the dehumidifier, open the water tank and remove any accessories stored inside. Ensure all components are present and intact before re-installing the water tank.

Placement Guidelines:
- Ensure the adapter's voltage matches your power supply.
- Place the dehumidifier in a room between 5 to 20 square meters.
- Maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter (approximately 3 feet) from walls or other obstructions to ensure proper airflow and optimal performance.
- The ideal operating temperature range is 8°C to 40°C (46.4°F to 104°F).
- Do not rinse the machine directly with water.
- Do not heat or microwave the reusable dehumidifier box.
4. Operation
Powering On/Off:
Connect the power adapter to a suitable electrical outlet and to the dehumidifier. Press the power button to turn the unit on or off.
Operating Modes:
- Standard Dehumidification: The unit will operate to remove moisture from the air.
- Sleep Mode: In this mode, the dehumidifier operates at a reduced noise level of approximately 30dB, and all indicator lights are turned off for undisturbed rest.
- Dry Mode (for Reusable Boxes): This mode is used to reactivate the reusable dehumidifier boxes. When the beads inside the box turn green, place the box back into the dehumidifier and run the dry mode for 3 hours to restore its moisture-absorbing efficiency.

Timer Function:
The dehumidifier features a timer that can be set for 6, 12, or 24 hours, allowing for convenient operation even when you are away.

5. Maintenance
Water Tank Cleaning:
The 2700ml water tank is easily removable for cleaning. Regularly empty and clean the tank to prevent mold or bacterial growth and ensure optimal performance.
Surface Cleaning:
Clean the exterior surface of the dehumidifier with a soft cloth and a neutral detergent. Avoid using petroleum-based cleaners, alcohol, or other organic agents, as these may damage the unit.
Reusable Dehumidifier Box Maintenance:
When the moisture-absorbing beads in the reusable box turn green, it indicates saturation. Place the box back into the dehumidifier and activate the dry mode for 3 hours to reactivate the beads for continued use.
6. Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
- Unit Not Turning On:
- Check if the power cable is securely connected and undamaged. If damaged, contact customer service.
- Ensure the adapter is the correct one provided with the unit.
- Poor Dehumidification Performance:
- Verify the room size is within the recommended 5-20 square meters.
- Ensure the operating temperature is within 8°C-40°C.
- Check that the unit is placed at least 1 meter away from walls or obstructions to allow for proper airflow.
- Ensure the water tank is not full. The unit will automatically shut off and display a red light if the tank is full.
- Unusual Noise:
- Some operational noise is normal. For quieter operation, activate Sleep Mode (approx. 30dB).
- Ensure the unit is on a stable, flat surface and not tilted more than 10 degrees.
- Red Indicator Light On:
- This indicates the water tank is full or the unit has been moved. Empty the tank and ensure the unit is stable.
