4. Maintenance
4.1. Dust Protection and Cleaning
The TR100 chassis is equipped with filters at the top, front, and side to prevent dust accumulation and maintain optimal airflow. Regular cleaning of these filters is recommended to ensure efficient cooling and prolong component lifespan.
- Gently remove the magnetic dust filters from the chassis.
- Clean the filters using compressed air or by rinsing them with water. Ensure filters are completely dry before reattaching.
- Wipe down the exterior of the chassis with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

5. Troubleshooting
This section provides general guidance for common issues. For specific problems, consult the documentation for your individual components (motherboard, GPU, PSU, etc.) or contact Thermaltake customer support.
- System Not Powering On: Verify all power connections, including the PSU to the wall outlet, the 24-pin ATX connector to the motherboard, and the CPU power connector. Ensure the power button cable is correctly connected to the motherboard.
- No Display Output: Check that the graphics card is properly seated in its PCIe slot and that the display cable is securely connected to both the GPU and the monitor. Ensure the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input.
- Overheating: Confirm that all cooling fans are spinning correctly and that dust filters are clean. Ensure proper airflow within the chassis and that CPU and GPU coolers are correctly installed.
- USB Ports Not Functioning: Verify that the front panel USB cables are correctly connected to the motherboard headers.
