4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Preparing Meat for Grinding
- Cut meat into small pieces (approximately 2-3 cm cubes) that can easily fit into the hopper opening.
- Remove all bones, gristle, and excessive fat to prevent damage to the machine and ensure smooth operation.
- For best results, chill the meat and grinder components (mincer head, spiral shaft, blade, plates) in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before grinding.
4.2 Grinding Meat
- Ensure the machine is correctly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet.
- Place a bowl or container under the mincer head to collect the ground meat.
- Turn the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position.
- Feed the prepared meat pieces into the hopper plate. Use the food pusher to gently guide the meat into the mincer head. Never use your fingers or other utensils to push meat.
- After grinding, switch the machine to 'OFF' and unplug it from the power outlet.
4.3 Using the Reverse Function
If the machine becomes jammed or clogged during operation, use the reverse function:
- Switch the machine to 'OFF' immediately.
- Turn the switch to the 'REV' (Reverse) position. This will rotate the spiral shaft in the opposite direction to clear blockages.
- Once the blockage is cleared, switch back to 'OFF', then to 'ON' to resume grinding.
- If the blockage persists, unplug the machine, disassemble, and manually clear the obstruction.
4.4 Using Attachments (Sausage/Kebab Maker)
To use the sausage or kebab attachments:
- Disassemble the grinding plate and cutting blade.
- Attach the desired sausage funnel or kebab maker to the mincer head.
- Secure with the fixing ring.
- Prepare your sausage mixture or kebab ingredients.
- Follow the general operating instructions for feeding the mixture through the machine.
