4. Assembly Instructions

Please follow the steps below carefully. It is recommended to have a second person assist with certain steps, especially when handling larger panels or the lift mechanism. A screwdriver is required (not included, but a hex key is provided for specific hardware).

1. Prepare Panels: Lay out all wooden panels and hardware. Identify each piece using the labels (1-12 for panels, A-Z for hardware) as shown in the video.
2. Assemble Inner Structure (Base):
   • Attach Cam Dowels (B) to panels 4, 5, 6, and 7.
   • Insert Wooden Dowels (D) into panel 2.
   • Connect panels 4, 5, 6, and 7 to panel 2 using the dowels and secure with Cam Locks (A) and Screws (E).
   • Attach panels 3 (x2) to the sides of the assembled structure using Wooden Dowels (D), Cam Dowels (B), Cam Locks (A), and Screws (E).
3. Assemble Inner Storage Box:
   • Attach Cam Dowels (B) to panels 8 (x2) and 9 (x2).
   • Assemble panels 8 and 9 into a rectangular box shape, securing with Cam Locks (A).
   • Install the LED strip (LED) around the bottom edge of this box. Secure the LED strip with Metal Brackets (Y) and Screws (O).
4. Attach Inner Storage Box to Base:
   • Insert Wooden Dowels (D) into panel 10.
   • Place the assembled inner storage box onto panel 10, aligning the dowels. Secure with Cam Locks (A).
5. Assemble Outer Frame:
   • Attach Cam Dowels (B) to panels 11 (x2) and 12 (x2).
   • Insert Wooden Dowels (D) into panels 11 and 12.
   • Assemble panels 11 and 12 into a rectangular frame, securing with Cam Locks (A).
6. Install Charging Station:
   • Place the Charging Station (R) into the designated cutout on the inner structure.
   • Secure the charging station with Screws (N).
   • Apply Adhesive Pads (V) to the corners of the inner structure.
7. Install Lift Mechanism:
   • Attach the two Lift Mechanisms (X) to the underside of the Top Panel (1) using Screws (F). Ensure correct orientation as shown in the video.
   • Connect the two lift mechanisms with the Connecting Rod (13).
8. Attach Top Panel:
   • Carefully align the lift mechanism on the Top Panel (1) with the inner structure.
   • Secure the lift mechanism to the inner structure using Screws (F).
9. Final Touches:
   • Apply the remaining Adhesive Pads (V) to prevent scratching.
   • Peel off any protective film from the high-gloss surfaces.
