Setup and Assembly

Your Toovem Backpack Sprayer comes largely pre-assembled for your convenience. Follow these steps for quick setup:

1. Charge the Battery: Locate the 18V Lithium-Ion battery and connect it to the provided battery charger. Plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet. The battery indicator lights will show the charging progress. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use (all indicator lights solid).
2. Install the Battery: Open the clear battery compartment cover located at the bottom rear of the sprayer. Insert the fully charged battery into the compartment, ensuring it clicks securely into place. Close the cover firmly.

3. Attach the Spray Wand: Connect the telescopic spray rod to the hose connector on the sprayer unit. Ensure it is securely tightened to prevent leaks.
4. Select and Attach Nozzle: Choose one of the four provided nozzles based on your spraying needs (Single Head Misting, Shower Head, Double-ended Cone, or Fan Nozzle). Screw the selected nozzle onto the end of the spray wand.

5. Fill the Tank: Unscrew the large orange lid from the top of the 4-gallon translucent tank. The lid is tethered to the sprayer to prevent loss. The wide-mouth opening and integrated filter basket simplify filling and prevent debris from entering the tank. Fill with your desired liquid, ensuring not to exceed the 4-gallon capacity. Securely screw the lid back on.

Operating Instructions

Operating your Toovem Backpack Sprayer is straightforward:

1. Wear the Sprayer: Adjust the ergonomic shoulder straps and waist belt for a comfortable and secure fit. The padded back design with heat dissipation ensures comfort during extended use.

2. Power On: Locate the red ON/OFF switch on the side of the sprayer unit and switch it to the 'ON' position. The electric pump will begin to pressurize the system automatically.
3. Begin Spraying: Hold the spray wand firmly. Press the trigger on the spray wand handle to begin spraying. Release the trigger to stop. The spray wand also features a lock mechanism for continuous spraying without holding the trigger.
4. Adjust Spray Rod Length: The telescopic spray rod can be adjusted from 570mm (22.44 inches) to 970mm (38.19 inches) to reach different areas. Loosen the locking collar, extend or retract the rod to the desired length, and then tighten the collar to secure it.

5. Monitor Battery Level: The battery compartment has a clear window allowing you to view the battery's charge indicator lights. This helps you monitor remaining battery life during operation.
