2. Components and Package Contents

The Logia 17-in-1 Weather Station package includes the following main components:

The outdoor sensor array includes a wind vane, anemometer (wind speed cups), temperature/humidity sensors, rain collector, UV and solar sensors, a bubble level for proper installation, and an antenna for wireless transmission. The system operates on 3 AA batteries (not included) for the outdoor unit, providing up to 2 years of operation.

3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper setup and installation of your Logia Weather Station:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging and ensure all listed components are present.
  2. Install Batteries: Insert 3 AA batteries (not included) into the outdoor 7-in-1 sensor array. Ensure correct polarity. The indoor console uses a CR2032 backup battery (included) and is powered by a corded electric source.
  3. Mount Outdoor Sensor:
    • Choose an open space for the outdoor unit, at least 4.92 feet (1.5 meters) off the ground, away from obstructions that might block wind or rain.
    • Mount the sensor array to a pole or railing using the provided mounting bracket. Ensure the unit is level using the integrated bubble level for accurate rain and wind measurements.

  4. Position Indoor Console: Place the full-color indoor LED display console on a tabletop or bedside. Ensure it is within 492 feet (150 meters) of the outdoor sensor for optimal wireless connectivity.
  5. Power On and Pair: Connect the indoor console to a power source. The console and outdoor sensor should automatically pair. If pairing issues occur, refer to the troubleshooting section or the detailed user manual (PDF link provided in the support section).

The display console wirelessly connects to the outdoor weather station, allowing you to view personalized, up-to-the-second weather data from inside your home. The wireless range is up to 492 feet (150 meters), though actual distance may vary depending on obstructions.
