5. Maintenance

  1. Cleaning: Ensure the appliance is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning. Wipe the plates and exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the appliance in water.
  2. Storage: Store the styler in a cool, dry place. Do not wrap the cord tightly around the appliance, as this can cause damage.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Appliance Not Turning On: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a functional electrical outlet. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to activate.
  • Curls Not Holding: Begin curling at the top of your hair and move towards the ends. Take smaller, 1-inch sections of hair. Rotate the iron 180°-360° and glide down slowly and steadily.
  • Curls Not Lasting: The cool air styler is designed to keep curls intact longer. For fine, straight hair that struggles to hold curls, consider using a hairspray for extra hold after styling.
  • Hair Snagging or Pulling: Ensure hair is thoroughly detangled before use. The 3D floating plates are designed to adapt to hair, but improper technique or excessively large sections can cause snagging.
