3. Setup and Charging

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the water flosser. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the device and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank, laptop). The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging. A full charge typically takes about 4 hours and provides up to 45 days of use.

3.2 Attaching a Jet Tip

Select the desired jet tip. Insert the tip into the hole at the top of the flosser handle until it clicks into place. To remove, press the tip release button on the side of the handle and pull the tip out.

3.3 Filling the Water Tank

Open the water tank cover located on the side of the device. Fill the 310ml tank with lukewarm water. For enhanced cleaning, you may add mouthwash as recommended by your dental professional. Close the cover securely to prevent leaks.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

Press the power button (marked with a power symbol) to turn the device on. Press it again to turn it off.

4.2 Selecting a Mode

With the device on, press the mode button (marked 'M') to cycle through the 5 cleaning modes: Normal, Soft, Pulse, DIY, and Spot. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.

The smart memory function will automatically recall your last used mode for convenience.

4.3 Using the Water Flosser

  1. Lean over a sink and place the jet tip in your mouth, aiming it at your gumline at a 90-degree angle.
  2. Turn on the device and select your desired mode.
  3. Guide the water stream along your gumline, pausing briefly between teeth. Allow the water to flow into the sink.
  4. Continue until you have cleaned all areas of your mouth.
  5. Turn off the device and empty any remaining water from the tank.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

5.1 Cleaning the Water Tank

The 310ml water tank is removable for easy cleaning. After each use, empty any remaining water. To clean, detach the tank and rinse it thoroughly with water. For deeper cleaning, you can use a mild soap and water solution. Ensure it is completely dry before reattaching.

5.2 Cleaning the Main Unit

The TUREWELL TH2C3 is IPX7 waterproof, allowing it to be rinsed under running water. After each use, wipe the exterior of the device with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the charging port in water unless the protective cover is securely closed. Ensure the base cover is attached tightly.
