Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly wipe the microphone body with a soft, dry cloth. For the metallic mesh, gently clean to prevent dust accumulation, which helps maintain sound clarity and extends the microphone's life.
  • Battery Care: If the system will be unused for several days, it is recommended to charge the batteries a day before use. For prolonged storage, consider removing the batteries to prevent discharge or potential damage.
  • Accessories: Utilize the provided windscreens to minimize popping noises and protect the microphone capsule. Attach the anti-rolling rings to the microphones to prevent them from rolling off surfaces when placed down.

Troubleshooting

  • No Sound/Connection Issues: Ensure both microphones and the receiver are fully charged and powered on. Verify that the receiver is correctly plugged into the audio device's microphone input. If the microphone and receiver cannot connect, refer to the product's detailed user manual for specific pairing or reset instructions.
  • Poor Sound Quality: Check battery levels. Ensure the microphone is held at an appropriate distance from the mouth. Verify that the receiver is within the optimal operating range (up to 150ft) and free from major obstructions or strong interference sources.
  • Feedback/Whistling: Reduce the volume on your audio device. Ensure microphones are not pointed directly at speakers. The built-in interference-proof design helps, but proper placement is crucial.
