Safety Instructions
- Always operate the compressor in a well-ventilated area.
- Ensure the vehicle engine is running before connecting the compressor to the battery to prevent battery drain.
- Wear appropriate eye protection during operation.
- Do not touch hot parts of the compressor during or immediately after use. The unit can become very hot.
- Keep children and pets away from the compressor during operation.
- Do not exceed the maximum PSI rating of the tire or the compressor.
- The compressor features an auto-thermal cut-off switch and overheating protection. If the unit stops, allow it to cool down before resuming use.
Setup
- Prepare the Compressor: Place the compressor on a stable, flat surface near the tire to be inflated. Ensure the vehicle engine is running.
- Connect to Vehicle Battery: Connect the red clamp of the power cord to the positive (+) terminal of your vehicle's 12V battery and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal.
- Connect Air Hose: Connect the quick-connect fitting of the 26ft rubber air hose to the compressor's air outlet.
- Attach to Tire Valve: Securely attach the thumb lock adapter of the air hose to the tire's valve stem. Ensure a tight seal to prevent air leakage.

Operating Instructions
- Turn On: Locate the power switch on the compressor and turn it to the 'ON' position. The compressor will begin to inflate the tire.
- Monitor Pressure: Observe the integrated pressure gauge on the air hose to monitor the tire pressure.
- Reach Desired PSI: Once the desired tire pressure is reached, turn the compressor off.
- Release Excess Air (if needed): If the tire is over-inflated, press the button on the back of the pressure gauge to release excess air until the correct PSI is achieved.
- Disconnect: Disconnect the thumb lock adapter from the tire valve stem and then disconnect the air hose from the compressor. Finally, disconnect the battery clamps from the vehicle battery.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor does not turn on | Loose battery connection, blown fuse, power switch off | Check battery clamps for secure connection. Inspect and replace the fuse if blown. Ensure power switch is in 'ON' position. |
| Slow inflation | Air leakage from hose/valve, clogged air filter, low vehicle battery voltage | Ensure all connections are tight. Clean or replace air filter. Ensure vehicle engine is running to provide adequate power. |
| Compressor overheats and shuts off | Extended continuous use, high ambient temperature | Allow the compressor to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before resuming operation. The auto-thermal cut-off is a safety feature. |
