1. Product Overview

The Modway Nolan Arched Storage Display Cabinet is designed for functional storage and display in living rooms, dining rooms, or hallways. It features a wood grain laminate finish, an elegantly rounded arched top shelf, and tapered wood legs. The cabinet includes two tempered glass doors, two adjustable shelves, one fixed shelf, and two full-glide drawers.

4. Assembly Instructions

4.1 General Assembly Guidelines

• Read the entire instruction manual carefully before starting.
• Identify and sort all hardware components by their labels (usually letters) and wooden panels by their numbers.
• Use a manual screwdriver for most fasteners to avoid overtightening, which can damage the wood. An electric drill with adjustable torque can be used on a low setting with caution.
• Ensure all connections are secure but do not overtighten.
• Periodically check and tighten hardware after initial assembly and during use.

4.2 Step-by-Step Assembly (General Sequence)

1. Prepare Components: Unpack all parts and verify against the parts list.
2. Assemble Base: Attach the tapered wood legs to the bottom panel.
3. Construct Main Frame: Connect side panels to the bottom panel, then attach the fixed shelf and any internal support beams.
4. Install Drawer Glides: Secure drawer glides to the interior side panels of the cabinet.
5. Assemble Drawers: Construct the drawers by attaching sides, backs, and bottoms to the drawer fronts. Install drawer glides onto the assembled drawers.
6. Install Back Panel: Secure the back panel to the main frame. This often involves small fasteners or screws.
7. Attach Top Panel and Arched Piece: Secure the top panel, then carefully attach the arched top piece.
8. Install Doors: Attach hinges to the tempered glass doors, then mount the doors to the cabinet frame. Adjust hinges for proper alignment.
9. Insert Adjustable Shelves: Place shelf pins into desired holes and rest the adjustable shelves on them.

5.1 Adjusting Shelves

The cabinet features two adjustable shelves. To adjust their height:

1. Remove all items from the shelf you wish to adjust.
2. Carefully lift the shelf and remove the four shelf pins from their current holes.
3. Insert the shelf pins into the desired new holes, ensuring they are level.
4. Place the shelf back onto the pins, ensuring it is securely seated.

• Doors: Open and close the tempered glass doors using the metal ring pull handles. The soft-close hinges will ensure a gentle closing action. Avoid forcing the doors.
• Drawers: Pull the drawers open using the integrated handles. The full-glide mechanism allows for smooth extension. Push firmly to close.
