Maintenance
Cleaning
To ensure optimal performance and longevity, regularly clean your earbuds and charging case.
- Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.
- For stubborn dirt or earwax, gently clean the earbud grilles and charging contacts with a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Ensure no liquid enters the openings.
- Allow all components to dry completely before placing earbuds back in the case or using them.
Storage
When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Water Resistance
The earbuds are IP7 waterproof, meaning they are protected against immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. While suitable for sports and protection against sweat and rain, they are not recommended for swimming or showering. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage to the charging contacts.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your xinwld Wireless Earbuds, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Earbuds not connecting/pairing:
Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid again to re-initiate pairing mode. On your device, forget the "MD026" Bluetooth connection and try pairing again. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range. - Only one earbud working:
This often indicates a pairing issue between the two earbuds. Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's website or contact support for specific reset instructions if not in this manual). - Charging issues (earbuds or case not charging):
Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different USB-C cable and power adapter. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case with a dry cotton swab to remove any debris that might be obstructing the connection. - Low volume or poor sound quality:
Check the volume level on both your connected device and the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears for an optimal seal. Clean any earwax or debris from the earbud grilles. - Earbuds frequently disconnecting:
Ensure there are no strong electromagnetic interferences nearby. Keep your connected device within the effective Bluetooth range (typically 10 meters/33 feet) without significant obstacles.
If these steps do not resolve your issue, please contact customer support.
