Important Safety Instructions

  • This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way.   • Do not insert fingers or foreign objects into any openings of the fan.
  • Ensure the fan is placed on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping.

Setup Instructions

Assembly

The DREO DR-HPF013 Pedestal Fan requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps:

  1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Place the base on a flat, stable surface.
  3. Insert the adjustable pole into the base and secure it according to the instructions provided in the quick start guide (if applicable).
  4. Attach the fan head assembly to the top of the pole, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
  5. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel

The fan can be operated using the touch controls on the main unit or the included remote control.

  • Power Button: Press to turn the fan On or Off.
  • Speed Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to cycle through 8 fan speeds.
  • Mode Selection: Press the mode button to switch between Normal, Natural, and Sleep modes.
  • Oscillation: Activate 90° horizontal oscillation.
  • Timer: Set the auto-off timer for up to 8 hours.

Remote Control

The remote control provides convenient access to all fan functions from a distance.

Adjustable Features

  • Height Adjustment: The fan's height can be adjusted between 38 and 42 inches. Loosen the collar on the pole, adjust to the desired height, and tighten securely.
  • Vertical Tilt: The fan head can be manually tilted up to 105° to direct airflow precisely where needed.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your fan.

Cleaning the Fan

  1. Always unplug the fan before cleaning.
  2. The fan features a detachable design for easy cleaning of the blade, front, and rear grills. Refer to the quick start guide for specific disassembly instructions.
  3. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  4. For the fan blades and grills, use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust. If necessary, wipe with a damp cloth and ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly.
  5. Do not immerse the fan in water or allow water to drip into the motor housing.

Aroma Pad Compartment

The fan includes a built-in aroma pad compartment. To use:

  1. Locate the aroma pad compartment, typically on the rear grill.
  2. Open the compartment and insert a few drops of your preferred essential oil onto the aroma pad.
  3. Close the compartment. The fan will diffuse the fragrance as it operates.
  4. Replace aroma pads regularly for best results.

Troubleshooting
