5. Installation Guide

This toilet is designed for a standard 12-inch rough-in. It features two side holes for floor bolt installation, which are covered for a sleek appearance. All necessary hardware is included.

Pre-Installation Checks:

• Ensure your bathroom's rough-in measurement is 12 inches from the wall to the center of the drain pipe.
• Verify the length of your shut-off valve. Some installations may require a shorter shut-off valve due to the toilet's compact design.
• Turn off the water supply to the toilet area.

Installation Steps:

1. Remove the old toilet (if applicable) and clean the flange area thoroughly.
2. Install the new wax seal onto the toilet flange or the base of the new toilet.
3. Carefully position the toilet over the flange bolts, aligning the bolt holes. Due to the toilet's weight and hidden bolts, it is recommended to secure the flange bolts to the flange using nuts to keep them upright. Lower the toilet by setting the front tip down first and using it as a hinge point, then carefully lower the back.
4. Secure the toilet to the floor using the provided floor bolts and cover caps. Access the bolts through the side holes on the toilet base.
5. Connect the water supply line to the toilet's fill valve. If your supply line is G1/2, connect it directly. If it is G7/8, remove the adapter before connecting.
6. Turn on the water supply and check for leaks.
7. Install the soft-close, quick-release seat by aligning the hinges with the mounting posts and pressing down until it clicks into place.

6. Operation

Dual-Flush System:

The toilet is equipped with a dual-flush system to conserve water. The flush buttons are located on top of the tank cover.

• Small Button (1.1 GPF): For liquid waste, press the smaller button for a lighter flush.
• Large Button (1.6 GPF): For solid waste, press the larger button for a full, powerful flush.

Soft-Close and Quick-Release Seat:

The toilet seat is designed for quiet operation and easy removal.

• Soft-Close: Gently push the seat or lid down, and it will close slowly and quietly without slamming.
• Quick-Release: To remove the seat for cleaning, locate the quick-release buttons or levers near the hinges, press them, and lift the seat straight up.
