Setup
1. Inserting SIM and SD Card
The Ulefone Note 21 supports Dual SIM Dual Standby, allowing for two Nano SIM cards or one Nano SIM card and one TF (microSD) card for storage expansion up to 1TB.
- Locate the SIM tray on the side of the phone.
- Insert the provided SIM needle into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
- Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF card into the tray with the gold contacts facing down, ensuring correct orientation as indicated on the tray.
- Carefully push the tray back into the phone until it is flush with the device body.

2. Charging the Battery
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the device. The Note 21 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging.
- Connect the USB-C end of the data cable to the phone's charging port.
- Connect the USB-A end of the data cable to the AC power charger.
- Plug the charger into a power outlet.
