- Step 1: Install Guide Plate and Chain. Ensure the chain is oriented correctly with the cutting edges facing forward. Install the guide plate and chain onto the chainsaw body.
- Step 2: Close the Lid. Close the side cover and lightly tighten the top screw. Do not fully tighten yet.
- Step 3: Adjust Chain Tension. Use the provided screwdriver to adjust the chain tension. The chain should have a slight play of 1-3mm when pulled away from the guide bar. It should not be too tight or too loose.
- Step 4: Tighten Screws and Install Battery. Fully tighten the screws on the front cover. Then, slide the charged battery into the battery slot until it clicks into place.
- Step 5: Ready for Use. The chainsaw is now assembled and ready for operation.
Operation
Starting the Chainsaw
- Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly installed.
- Hold the chainsaw firmly with one hand on the main handle and the other on the auxiliary handle.
- Press and hold the safety lock button (usually located on the side of the handle).
- While holding the safety lock, press the trigger switch to start the chainsaw. Release the safety lock once the chainsaw is running.
Cutting Techniques
- Before Cutting: Inspect the area for obstacles. Ensure the branch or wood to be cut is stable.
- Making the Cut: Place the running chain against the material to be cut. Apply light, steady pressure. Let the saw do the work.
- Avoid Kickback: Do not cut with the tip of the guide bar. Be aware of branches under tension that may spring back.
- Maximum Cutting Diameter: This 6-inch mini chainsaw is designed for cutting wood up to 6 inches in diameter.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your chainsaw. Always disconnect the battery before performing any maintenance.
Chain Lubrication
The chainsaw does not feature an automatic oiler system. It is crucial to manually lubricate the chain and guide bar frequently during operation to reduce friction and prevent wear. Use the provided oil bottle to apply appropriate chain oil (not included) to the guide bar groove and chain links.

- Inspect the chain for sharpness and damage. Sharpen or replace the chain as needed.
- Wipe down the chainsaw body with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals.
- Store the chainsaw, battery, and charger in a dry, secure location, out of reach of children.
- For long-term storage, ensure the battery is fully charged before storing. Recharge periodically if not used for extended periods.
